It is evident throughout scripture that relationships are important in the process of spiritual formation and discipleship (Prov. 13:20; John 15:12-13; 1 Cor. 13:13; Heb. 10:24-25; et al.), however, it is necessary to understand how this is to exist among ministerial staff members.
